Begin by logging into your Healthy Actions wellbeing portal! The program is open to covered employees, covered spouses, and non-active employees. Eligible, covered employees can earn up to $300 for participating!

Onsite Care
Employee Health & Wellness Clinic
The onsite Employee Health & Wellness Clinic located at 1310 Prairie Street, 1st Floor, Suite 109, now has a $0 copay for in-person sick care visits. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is the service provider. If you’re insured by the Harris County medical plan, you are eligible to use the services offered at this clinic. That also includes care for your dependents (18 years and older) covered by the County medical plan. All services are entirely confidential, and they include a variety of illness, injury and preventive care.
